By downloading, installing, or using SnakeStreak ("the app", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
These Terms apply to all users of SnakeStreak on Android. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
SnakeStreak is a habit-tracking application that allows you to build and maintain daily habits represented as virtual snakes. The app offers a free tier and an optional premium subscription called SnakeStreak Pro.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SnakeStreak. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the app and make any purchases.
SnakeStreak does not require account registration. Your habit data, username, and preferences are stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the data stored on it.
We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from device loss, damage, factory reset, or uninstallation of the app.
SnakeStreak offers the following premium plans under SnakeStreak Pro:
All purchases are processed by Google Play. Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase and may vary by region. By completing a purchase, you agree to Google Play's terms and billing policies.
🐍 Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play → Subscriptions.
We do not offer refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play's standard refund process. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

All content within SnakeStreak — including but not limited to the app name, logo, snake artwork, UI design, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of SnakeStreak and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements without our prior written consent.
SnakeStreak is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any content within the app and accept no liability for any reliance placed on such content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SnakeStreak and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any purchases made.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the developer's country of residence.
